All items on site are ready stocks available for immediate purchase. Both wholesale price and suggested retail price are indicated on the product page according.

1) Simply click on the item you wish to purchase

2) Select your preferred colour, size, length, and quantity

3) Proceed to add item(s) to your shopping cart

Step 2

Review your selection
To see all your orders, click on
“My Cart” at the top right hand
side of the page.

If your order value have reached
the volume discount tiers, the
additional discount will be
reflected on each line items.

Step 3

Enter your address and delivery details to check out.
Shipping cost will be calculated based on your delivery details. Shipping fees do not include any duties or customs charges.

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges that are to be paid to your country’s local custom office. Hence, J&CO will not be responsible for these additional fees.

We strongly recommend that you learn the tax regulation of the destination country before purchasing from us. For the most accurate information, please contact your respective local customs office.

Make the payment for your purchase
We accept payment using Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay & PayPal. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Note: All transactions are done securely via our payment gateways. We do not have any access to any Credit or Debit Card information.

I do not have a Paypal account. Can I still check out using Paypal?

Yes. Payment using Credit/Debit Card is simple and possible even if you do not have a Paypal account.

STEP 2: Complete payment details to confirm purchase.

Once payment is received, orders will be processed at the soonest possible time.

Managing your order
To cancel or make changes to your order, please
notify us at wholesale@jcojewellery.com
within 12 hours after order has been placed.

Our wholesale representative will assist you with
the changes.
