What is your wholesale rate?

Do sign up to gain exclusive access to our competitive wholesale prices.

Do you have a minimum order value or minimum order quantity (MOV/MOQ)?

Only for your first order. To activate your wholesale account, a minimum order value of USD$500 is applicable for your first order. There will be no restrictions on subsequent orders. Do note that the MOV of USD$500 is priced after the wholesale discount and excluding the shipping fee.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship globally. All orders are shipped from our Headquarters in Singapore.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! All orders above USD $500 are entitled to free shipping. Do note that if your shipping address are categorised under remote area by our shipping partner, top up charges might applied. For orders below USD$500, the delivery rates will be calculated at the cart out page.

What are your shipping options?

By default, we ship all wholesale parcels via FedEx Express. Typically, it will take 3-7 business days for the parcel to reach you. If you want your parcel to be shipped using other courier services, please write to us: wholesale@jcojewellery.com. We will try to make arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

What kind of packaging am I expecting?

For wholesale orders, all products come in flat packaging, individually packed in clear ziplock bags without the J&CO logo. Multiple layers of bubble wrap will be packed with your orders to ensure that the goods are well protected. For more visual information please visit our PACKING & DELIVERY page.

What is the lead time?

All items on site are ready stocks available for immediate purchase. We are committed to process your order and ship your parcel within 72 business hours upon payment completion. Once your parcel is handed-over to our shipping partners, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details. For more information, please visit our PACKING & DELIVERY page.

Do I have to pay import tax?

Shipping fees do not include any duties or customs charges. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges that are to be paid to your country’s local custom office. Hence, J&CO will not be responsible for these additional fees. We strongly recommend that you learn the tax regulation of the destination country before purchasing from us. For the most accurate information, please contact your respective local customs office.

Are all silver products stamped with “925”?

Yes! Most of our 925 sterling silver products are stamped with “925”. The only exception are items that are unable to be stamp due to design and technical constricts (item might be too thin or fragile).

Are your products branded with “J&CO” logo?

With the exception of our 14K Solid Gold Luxury Line, there are no “J&CO” brand/stamp on all our products. You can rest assured to sell and market them under your own branding.

Can we market under the “J&CO” brand?

Unfortunately, we are not offering any franchise option at the moment. If there are any possibilities in the future, we will be sure to inform you.

Can we use your photos?

For items that you purchased, we allow usage of our white background product photos. We strictly do not allow usage of all lifestyles and models photos.

Is the new 14K Gold Collection available for wholesale?

Yes! However, we are only offering them via pre-order. If you are interested, please write to us for more information: wholesale@jcojewellery.com.

The items I want are out of stocks on your website, how do I re-order them?

These items might be discontinued on our site, if you are interested to re-order them, please write to us: wholesale@jcojewellery.com.
